The Strategic Advisory Blueprint.

How to structure, sell and deliver a consulting engagement that outlives you.

The thesis

Who this book is for

The Unrewarded Expert

Deep domain knowledge, but no offer that commands executive authority and executive pricing.

The Evolving Consultant

Moving from transactional problem-solving to structured engagements with long-term client relationships.

The Technical Leader Going Independent

A repeatable engagement architecture before your first invoice, not after your tenth disappointment.

Three parts, twenty chapters

Chapters 1–4

The Advisor

You before the engagement exists: what you actually sell, the niche you own, the diagnostic conversation, and how to get into a room you were never invited into.

Chapters 5–17

The Engagement

The client journey from P1 to P6 in delivery order. Every chapter converts client-side content into advisor-side action.

Chapters 18–20

The Practice
